AGREEMENT TO SELL
 

Agreement to Sell or Deed of Agreement is registered for sale of leasehold property. It is registered when transaction takes place between two persons. As the name specifies, Agreement to Sell is registered when the seller is not the absolute owner of the property and the title vests with the government. Thus, it is agreed between the parties that whenever, in future, the clear title shall be given by the government, the concerned property shall be sold to the intended purchaser.
